Welcome.
The votes for Chump
of The Week are slowly coming in. So far, I've
had 7 voters turn in their votes, with 14 votes
being cast. Perhaps I'm the only one that finds
it strange that the same person has voted for the
same guy 8 times. Or maybe that person is the only
who doesn't. In any case, repeat votes will not
count. Sorry, pull your head out.
For those who haven't voted yet, here are your nominees
:
Nate Newton (Former NFL Offensive Lineman)
Quincy Carter (Dallas Cowboys' QB)
Cleveland Browns' fans/Officials

Do it. Now. Unless you already have, then thanks. Voting
ends Monday (24th). [ Voting has ended ]
I've received 1 nomination so far for next week's batch
of Chumps. That's to be expected since we haven't reached
the weekend yet. The reason I bring this is up is just
to subtly remind you to send in nominations if you think
of any. Nominations also end on Monday (24th). Click here
to send me your nominee.
Yesterday, I also indicated that I'd like to see
what you guys might come up with for new names of
the Chump
of The Week section. So far I've received 3
ideas for a different name of the section. That's
great, and I appreciate it. But, let's get some
more in, and please make them acceptable ideas.
I received 3 different ideas from 1 person, which
is great, except that the first was highly offensive,
and the 2nd made absolutely no sense, but the 3rd
was good. Click

In sports news, the 2002 Winter Olympics Men's Hockey
Team USA has been announced. To check out the listing,

here. For Team Canada, click
here. I've got a few things to say about Team USA,
so I'll try and get that up for reading tomorrow. Should
be fun.
Thanks for stopping by.
