LOS ANGELES LAKERS vs. (1) SACRAMENTO KINGS
Gallion : So the Mavericks were overrated and the Kings were just a better team. The Lakers asserted their dominance
over a beaten up and overmatched team in the Spurs. The Kings asked for the Lakers and now they’ve got ‘em. Sometimes you don’t always want what you
ask for and Sacramento should find that
out in a hurry. I expect the Lakers to sweep.
Ozzymadeo : On the opening tip off, Vlade
Divac will ask for an immediate foul. How? He'll
shoot himself in the head in attempt to get a
foul called on the Lakers. Upon doing so, everybody else will go about their lives. Why? Nobody
gives a shit about Vlade Divac. Lakers win when
the Kings slip on Vlade's blood.

BOSTON CELTICS vs. (1) NEW JERSEY NETS
Ozzymadeo : They gave the NBA an Allen
Iverson Enema. And then a Pistons enema that would even do Bill Laimbeer proud. And so with
this third round playoff series, the Celtics
will give the NBA an enema to get rid of all the
hype that comes along with the Nets. Excitement will come when Jason Kidd randomly starts bleeding.
Gallion : At this point, the 2nd most
overrated player in the NBA is Jason Kidd. Along
with the first one, this guy can’t shoot the ball
for shit, either. I guess analysts and media have
forgotten that shooting the basketball and actually
making it is the biggest part of the game. When
kids start learning how to play, they don’t sit
around and do behind the back passes without ever
shooting the ball. No, the first thing you do
is throw it up at the rim and hope it goes in.
And, when it does go in, you feel good. You feel
like you’ve accomplished something, especially
when it happens with frequency. At this point,
that seems unimportant to the people who think
they know what basketball is all about. I say
load ‘em all on up on a cruiseliner and ram that
motherfucker into a giant iceberg and kill them
all. No survivors. Oh yeah, Celtics will
win this in 7.

Thoughts on the NBA Playoffs (Ozzymadeo)
As much as some people would like to see Kings/Nets,
I don't really think there’s anyway in hell that
the NBA won't do everything they can to see a
Boston/Lakers final. Come on, it’s history. They've
faced each other fifteen thousand times in the
finals. It’s where the money is. And if it’s not
Boston/Lakers AGAIN, well shit, I'll sell my stock
in lethaldeath.com to the highest bidder.
